Ninwe Younan was appointed Senior Associate of Brian Ward & Partners effective 1 April 2008. She is a graduate of La Trobe University and holds degrees in law and arts. Ninwe practises in a commercial litigation team led by Sue Phillips and deals with insolvency, breach and fiduciary duty, director’s duties and large commercial disputes.
Ninwe has also been involved in a wide range of commercial transactions including sales and purchases of shares, assets and businesses and commercial leasing.
She brings a blend of enthusiasm and experience to her expanding commercial litigation practice. |
