Jane Kupsch is a graduate in law and arts from the University of Melbourne and practises in the area of commercial litigation. Jane is a Law Institute of Victoria accredited commercial litigation specialist.

Jane has acted in proceedings in various courts and tribunals concerning a range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, trade practices, intellectual property, insolvency, defamation, building and employment matters.

Jane also has general commercial law and media law experience and has advised the producers of a live national television program about various legal issues.

Luke Torpey is a graduate of Deakin University and holds degrees in law and commerce. Luke has experience in general commercial practice, including company and administrative law, and commercial dispute resolution.

Luke has been involved in a wide range of transactions in the finance and infrastructure industries, including the sale and purchase of shares, assets and businesses.
