Jane has acted in proceedings in various courts and tribunals concerning a range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, trade practices, intellectual property, insolvency, defamation, building and employment matters. Jane also has general commercial law and media law experience and has advised the producers of a live national television program about various legal issues. |

Luke Torpey | Full Profile > Luke Torpey is a graduate of Deakin University and holds degrees in law and commerce. Luke has experience in general commercial practice, including company and administrative law, and commercial dispute resolution. Luke has been involved in a wide range of transactions in the finance and infrastructure industries, including the sale and purchase of shares, assets and businesses. He has worked closely with Geoff Rees and has developed expertise in the corporate reorganisations that have been taking place in the higher education and medical institutes sectors. |

Ninwe practises in a commercial litigation team led by Sue Phillips and deals with insolvency, breach and fiduciary duty, director’s duties and large commercial disputes. Ninwe has also been involved in a wide range of commercial transactions including sales and purchases of shares, assets and businesses and commercial leasing.
