Profile - Anna Lin

Anna Lin is a Senior Associate of Brian Ward & Partners and has worked closely with the firm’s Managing Director Brian Ward since 2006. Anna is a member of the Law Institute of Property Law Committee. She has had high level exposure in property transactions and corporate advisory in a broad range of commercial matters including:

instructing in a complex Victorian Supreme Court proceeding involving significant real property assets;
acting for numerous clients in a range of property transactions including conveyancing, subdivision applications, sale of a business, and the provision of property due diligence services;
providing risk management and compliance advice;
acting in the administration of complex estates involving a spread of assets and trust structures;
drafting commercial documents including lease documents, shareholders’ agreements, constitutions and trust deeds; and
acting in the restructure of significant corporate entities.

Anna plays a valuable supporting role to the Managing Director and an important mentoring role to junior solicitors within the firm.
