Michelle Howe | Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Michelle is our Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary who has over 10 years' experience in senior finance roles across multiple professional service industries.   

She has developed expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, risk management assessment and corporate governance whilst working both domestically and internationally in the UK and European markets for legal, accounting, advertising and architectural firms.

Michelle is responsible for the Finance, Risk Management and Company Secretary functions of the firm.  She works closely with the Managing Director to ensure the firms compliance with all regulatory bodies and the timely & accurate production of financial data for internal management purposes.

As a senior member of the practice management team and Board member, Michelle is actively engaged with the strategic direction of the firm and draws from her previous experience to provide the wider Brian Ward & Partners team with continued high level support.

Julianne Collard | Shared Services Manager

Julianne is a business management professional offering over 12 years' experience managing various general business requirements of an organisation.

Julianne has led and managed staff through day to day requirements as well as challenging and changing environments to continuously meet business development objectives within SME's and large international organisations, predominantly within the FMCG and Property industries.

Her experience in understanding customer needs will assist the firm better satisfy client demands in the professional services industry.

As a senior member of the Brian Ward & Partners practice management team, Julianne manages Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing & Client Development and Operations.  She works closely with the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer to develop and execute the firm's strategic initiatives for continued growth and development.
