Profile - Quentin Boan

Quentin Boan is an Associate Director in the insolvency and reconstruction team lead by Penelope Pengilley. Quentin has had high level exposure in dispute resolution and corporate advisory in a broad range of commercial matters including:

Construction law including advisory and advocacy services;
Contractual disputes & dispute resolution including arbitration (both commercial and international) and contract termination.
Product liability;
Drafting of commercial documents including sale agreements, lease documents and licensing agreements;
The protection and enforcement of intellectual property including drafting and superior court litigation;
Property law and leasing;
Interpretation of and advising on insurance policies;
Dealing with national advisory firms on the complex matters of scoping and reliance in respect to the provision of information upon which third parties rely; and
