Ninwe Younan | Associate Director | Full Profile > Ninwe Younan is a graduate of La Trobe University and holds degrees in law and arts. Ninwe practises in a commercial litigation team led by Sue Phillips and deals with insolvency, breach and fiduciary duty, director’s duties and large commercial disputes. Ninwe has also been involved in a wide range of commercial transactions including sales and purchases of shares, assets and businesses and commercial leasing. She brings a blend of enthusiasm and experience to her expanding commercial litigation practice. |

Nicholas Burch | Associate Director | Full Profile > Nicholas Burch is a graduate of Monash University and holds degrees in laws and science. Nicholas works closely with the Managing Director Brian Ward and has been involved in a wide range of commercial advisory, dispute resolution, directors and officers fiduciary obligations and corporate reconstructions and restructures matters. Nicholas also has experience in complex litigation matters, developing generational succession plans for family trusts and employment issues advisory. Nicholas has been able to combine his love of sport and the law having acted for a national sport governing body and instructed in a number of sporting appeals. Nicholas has played a valuable support role to the Managing Director Brian Ward since 2005 and continues to play an important mentoring role to graduates and junior solicitors within the firm. |

Quentin Boan | Associate Director | Full Profile > Quentin Boan is a graduate of Monash University and holds degrees in laws and performing arts. Quentin practises in a corporate and commercial team lead by Geoff Rees and has had high level exposure in dispute resolution and corporate advisory in a range of commercial matters, both locally and internationally. Quentin has been involved in a range of transactions including intellectual property, construction advisory and advocacy, product liability and contractual disputes and terminations.
