Sue Phillips at Cabrini Conference

Sue Phillips spoke at a Cabrini Hospital board retreat held at Red Hill on Saturday 11 October 2008 on the subject of restraint of trade as it applies to hospitals.

An important issue for the medical professional at the moment is the subject of hospital accreditation of medical specialists at hospitals.

Accreditation raises real governance issues for the board of hospitals.

“The doctors were very interested that the Trade Practices Act and the common law have some things to say on this subject,” Sue said following the conference.
