Brian Ward on Australian Story

Brian Ward’s long professional association with AFL legend, Kevin Sheedy featured prominently on the ABC “Australian Story” that went to air on Monday night, 13 October 2008.

One feature of the programme that has caused interest was Brian’s comparison of Kevin’s career to that of a boxer from the Bronx in New York.

“I was only trying to make the point that Kevin’s life exemplifies how someone with limited opportunities can make an extraordinary contribution given passion, drive and determination” Brian said after the programme.
