Australian Institute of Company Directors reports on Timbercorp success

The Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) reported on the successful defence of three directors of Timbercorp subsidiaries, led by BW&P Director Sue Phillips, to its members this month in their e-newsletter 'The Boardroom Report'.

The AICD highlighted the Timbercorp matter as encouraging news for directors disclosing information to the market and the positive outcome should restore director confidence, especially those of liquidated companies.
