professional charges

Brian Ward & Partners charges for its services on a "time spent" basis. The current charge out rates (exclusive of GST) are:

  • Director A$400 per hour
  • Associate Director A$350 per hour
  • Senior Associate A$320 per hour
  • Senior Solicitor A$270 per hour
  • Solicitor A$250 per hour
  • Articled Clerk A$160 per hour

We do not charge for internally generated disbursements such as printing, faxing or photocopying. Invoices are delivered at the end of each month and we require payment within 30 days.
