The practice was founded in 1976.  Malcolm Speed, former CEO of the International Cricket Council is the Chairman.  Founder Brian Ward OAM and directors Sue Phillips, Penelope Pengilley, Jane Kupsch lead experienced corporate advisory and dispute resolution teams. 

Each of the directors have strong links to the community and have served on boards in the not-for-profit, health, science and public sectors.

The firm has deep experience in the manufacturing, distribution, insurance, events, not-for-profit and service sectors.  The full suite of services includes experience in major corporate reconstruction, the resolution of major commercial disputes, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory services.
